DOE Fights BP's Bid For Agency Emails In Deepwater MDL

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 6:14 PM ET) -- An attorney for the U.S. Department of Energy told a Louisiana federal judge on Wednesday that BP PLC was not entitled to 28 government documents the company seeks as it defends itself in multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
