Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 7:41 PM ET) -- A former offshore oil worker sued Superior Energy Services LLC and others in state court Tuesday, claiming they knew of alleged product defects with a liftboat that collapsed last year during a tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico.
