Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 5:03 PM ET) -- A Volvo Car Corp. subsidiary agreed to pay $1.5 million in civil penalties to the U.S. Department of Transportation on Tuesday to settle the agency's accusation that the automaker had delayed reporting expected recalls.
