Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- Approximately 4,700 gallons of hydraulic acid was released from a Pennsylvania hydraulic fracturing well operated by Chief Oil & Gas on Wednesday, but officials have been able to keep the spill contained outside of the area's major waterways as of Thursday afternoon, state regulators said.
