Judge Delays Final Judgment On Costco Hot Fuel Settlement

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- A Kansas federal judge on Thursday declined to issue a final judgment in a class settlement over Costco Wholesale Corp.'s alleged practice of selling gas without revealing or accounting for temperature expansion, saying some plaintiffs' oppositions need to be handled first.
