Girardi Sanctioned In Class Fight Over Lockheed Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (July 30, 2012, 9:00 PM ET) -- A California judge on Monday slammed Girardi & Keese with sanctions for failing to hand over documents in a class action accusing the firm of charging excessive fees while representing Lockheed Martin Corp. employees in chemical exposure litigation that netted settlements totaling $131 million.
