Ex-ConAgra Peanut Butter Plaintiffs Sue Law Firm For $12M

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 9:17 PM ET) -- A Texas family wants $12 million from the law firm litigating a class action against ConAgra Foods Inc. over the company’s salmonella-tainted peanut butter, alleging in a lawsuit removed to federal court Thursday the firm didn’t serve them with important motions and prevented them from recovering against the manufacturer.
