Indian Harbor Fights Coverage Of $2.3M Landfill Judgment

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 6:54 PM ET) -- Indian Harbor Insurance Co. on Thursday asked a South Carolina federal judge to find it has no duty to defend or indemnify waste disposal company Republic Services Inc. in two underlying suits about landfill odors, one of which resulted in a $2.3 million verdict against Republic.
