Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 5:06 PM ET) -- A South Carolina federal judge on Friday overturned a jury's bad-faith finding and freed Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. from paying a $12.5 million punitive damages award to two policyholders in a fight stemming from settlements of homeowner suits over allegedly defective windows.
