Drugmakers Freed From Generic Reglan Claims In Tenn. Suits

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 10:34 PM ET) -- A Tennessee federal judge ruled Wednesday that Pfizer Inc. and other brand-name and generic makers of digestion medication Reglan cannot be held liable for injuries allegedly caused by generic versions of the product, although brand-name makers still have to contend with claims associated with the brand-name versions.
