Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday put the brakes on a lawsuit accusing a vaccine maker now owned by Pfizer Inc. of causing cancer with a sloppily made polio shot, ruling the suit was barred by collateral estoppel because a federal court had nixed a similar complaint from the plaintiff.
