Law360, Los Angeles (August 15, 2012, 9:52 PM ET) -- A California judge overseeing consolidated litigation over unintended acceleration in Toyota Motor Corp. vehicles ordered attorneys for Toyota and a plaintiffs’ steering committee Wednesday to discuss mediating the cases, saying it would be a good idea to involve a third party in the contentious litigation.
