Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 4:58 PM ET) -- Procter & Gamble Co. on Thursday was denied a bid to strike an expert’s report in toxic tort multidistrict litigation over its Fixodent denture cream, with a Florida federal judge ruling that while the report wasn’t what the plaintiffs had claimed, no harm had been done to P&G.
