Patton Boggs Can't Duck Subpoena In Chevron's RICO Suit

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 10:13 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Friday refused Patton Boggs LLP's bid to quash Chevron Corp.'s subpoena in a racketeering suit in which it claims a $19.2 billion pollution judgment against it in Ecuador was fraudulent, rejecting the firm's protests that the subpoena would require it to disclose privileged information.
