Miss. High Court Won't Rehear $15M Asbestos Verdict Reversal

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 6:23 PM ET) -- The Mississippi Supreme Court on Friday denied a rehearing request from a former drilling rig worker seeking to hold ConocoPhillips Corp. and Chevron Corp. liable for his asbestos exposure, upholding a June ruling that reversed and remanded a $15.2 million verdict against the energy companies.
