Law360, New York (September 06, 2012, 2:13 PM ET) -- A Colorado appeals court on Thursday snatched away Fireman's Fund Insurance Co.'s victory in an indemnification dispute with Probuild Holdings Inc. over a nearly $2 million settlement of claims that Probuild supplied defective Chinese drywall.
Fireman's Fund is one of seven insurers that Probuild Holdings and Probuild Co. LLC targeted in the coverage suit, but the other carriers have already settled with the drywall supplier.
