Regeneca Latest To Receive DMAA Warning From FDA

Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 6:17 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has warned Regeneca Inc. that its weight-loss supplement containing the controversial ingredient DMAA is in violation of federal law, pointing to the same cardiovascular risks that caused the agency to warn 10 other companies about the ingredient earlier this year.
