Monster Beverage Investor Sues Over NY Probe

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 2:38 PM ET) -- A shareholder of Monster Beverage Corp. filed a derivative suit in California court Thursday accusing company executives of misleading investors by failing to disclose a New York attorney general's probe into the energy drink maker's marketing practices over health effects.
