Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 6:40 PM ET) -- The widow of a cancer patient has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear her appeal of a bone drug liability suit against Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., arguing that the Sixth Circuit improperly excluded expert causation testimony from the victim's doctor.
