House Bill Aims To Limit Arsenic In Rice Products

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- Three House lawmakers introduced legislation Friday capping the amount of arsenic allowed in rice and rice-based products, following a report from Consumer Reports that found high levels of the chemical in items like infant cereals, rice cakes and rice-based drinks.
