NFL Can’t Trim 3 Suits From Players’ Concussion MDL

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 8:33 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday refused to toss three suits by five former and current National Football League players in the multidistrict litigation accusing the league of hiding information that linked concussions to long-term brain injuries.

In a short, one-paragraph order, U.S. District Judge Anita B. Brody denied the NFL's bid to toss suits from former players Charles F. Alexander Jr., Gregory LaFleur, Lamar Lathon and Michael Myers and current free agent Matt Schobel.
