Pella Fights Objectors' Bid To Upset Class Action Accord

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- Window maker Pella Corp. on Wednesday asked a federal judge to toss an effort to restart settlement talks made by consumers who object to a proposed agreement in a lawsuit over alleged defects in millions of the company's windows.
