Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 3:47 PM ET) -- Novartis Crop Protection Inc. argued Wednesday that an alleged failure to timely produce evidence comprising more than 800 photographs should sink a lawsuit brought by New Jersey blueberry farmers accusing the company of manufacturing a pesticide that damaged their crops.
