Toyota Buyers Tell 3rd Circ. $3.8M Headlight Deal Is Unfair

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 4:14 PM ET) -- Two car buyers on Wednesday asked the Third Circuit to revive their claims against Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. over allegedly defective headlights, arguing a $3.8 million settlement in a separate case was unfair and wrongly precluded their claims.
