Ford Defeats NJ Lemon Law Claim In Corrosion Suit

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 3:14 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Monday trimmed a proposed class action against Ford Motor Co. that alleges the company failed to disclose in the warranty and owner's manual a design defect that led to the corrosion of hoods on various vehicles.
