Ampco Sues To Keep 'Hostile' Insurer From Asbestos Claims

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 9:03 PM ET) -- Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. and a subsidiary launched a suit Wednesday in Pennsylvania to prevent Utica Mutual Insurance Co. from transferring its responsibilities as lead carrier in handling scores of underlying asbestos claims to another insurer the plaintiffs call hostile.
