Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 7:07 PM ET) -- Homeowners victimized by a 2008 California wildfire asked a federal judge Tuesday to allow them to intervene in a water district’s lawsuit seeking coverage from several insurers, saying they haven’t been able to collect their part of a $69 million judgment because of the insurers’ actions.
