Deadly Outbreak Puts Compounded Drugs In FDA's Crosshairs

Law360, New York (October 04, 2012, 9:46 PM ET) -- A deadly meningitis outbreak connected to steroids made by a Massachusetts compound pharmacy could drive the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to crack down on compounded medications, a product it has traditionally left to states to regulate, attorneys say.
