Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 6:52 PM ET) -- An air and gas equipment maker launched a lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania federal court claiming Utica Mutual Insurance Co. had breached a settlement agreement with the company by handing off the defense of underlying asbestos claims to National Indemnity Co.
