New EPA Report Again Ties Wyo. Water Pollution To Fracking

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 7:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Wednesday that the results of additional tests on seven gas wells in Pavillion, Wyo., reinforced its initial finding that groundwater in the area contains chemicals linked to hydraulic fracturing.
