PG&E Customers Should Pay $277M For Pipeline Work: CPUC

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 3:57 PM ET) -- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. customers should shell out $277 million for pipeline safety improvements stemming from a deadly 2010 explosion, nearly $500 million less than what was requested by PG&E, California utility regulators said Friday.
