Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 5:54 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday sided with Abbott Laboratories Inc. in ruling that 10 separate lawsuits filed in Illinois state court over alleged birth defects caused by anti-seizure drug Depakote can be consolidated, removed to federal court and tried jointly.
