Shaw Gets Wash. Law To Apply To $107M Faulty Pipe Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 9:45 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday granted pipe manufacturer The Shaw Group Inc.'s request that Washington state law control a coverage dispute between it and North American Specialty Insurance Co. and Zurich American Insurance Co. in a $107 million lawsuit over Shaw's allegedly faulty pipes.
