Law360, San Diego (October 18, 2012, 10:04 PM ET) -- Prompted by the August fire at Chevron Corp.’s refinery in Richmond, Calif., a regional air quality watchdog has approved a new plan to improve how it monitors pollution following refinery incidents, it said Wednesday.
