Legislature May Be Ohio Builders' Best Bet In Coverage Row

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 10:40 PM ET) -- The Ohio Supreme Court recently held that faulty construction claims do not count as accidental property damage covered under commercial general liability policies, a sweeping decision attorneys say builders will struggle to overcome — unless they can convince local lawmakers to follow the lead of other states and restore coverage.
