CPUC Seeks Public Input On Wildfire Recovery Rate Hike

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- The California Public Utilities Commission on Thursday opened for public comment two proposed decisions to either deny or partially grant a request by San Diego Gas & Electric Co. and Southern California Gas Co. to recover from ratepayers nearly $500 million in costs from the 2007 wildfires.
