NFL Head Steps Aside In Saints Bounty Suspensions Appeal

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell announced Friday he would recuse himself from hearing an appeal by four New Orleans Saints players seeking to overturn suspensions for allegedly participating in a bounty program that rewarded knocking out opponents, appointing predecessor Paul Tagliabue to handle the matter.
