5th Circ. Says ACE Off The Hook In Energy Vessel Injury Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday affirmed a lower court ruling that ACE American Insurance Co. has no duty to defend a welding company in a negligence suit after an energy vessel it was constructing dislodged and injured several workers.
