Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge ruled Friday that several cleaning and repair workers who claim they were injured in the World Trade Center cleanup cannot be reinstated into a group litigation regarding WTC cleanup injuries after failing to comply with key court deadlines.
