Health Experts Admissable In Fixodent Suit, Plaintiff Says

Law360, Philadelphia (October 25, 2012, 6:33 PM ET) -- Attorneys for a man who claims Fixodent denture adhesive caused him permanent neurological damage has told the Pennsylvania Superior Court that a trial court was wrong when it ruled that expert reports didn’t establish a link between the product and the plaintiff’s condition.
