Mercedes-Benz Sued Over Defective Engines

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 12:03 PM ET) -- Mercedes Benz USA LLC was hit Wednesday in California with a proposed class action alleging the company manufactured and sold engines in some cars that contained defective anti-vibration or transmission components, costing consumers thousands of dollars in repairs.
