Feds Probe Sticky Throttles In Fords As BMW Recalls 7-Series

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 3:33 PM ET) -- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Friday it is investigating possible stuck throttles on about 310,000 of Ford Motor Co.'s Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable sedans from the 2000 to 2003 model years, while BMW issued a recall on faulty door latches on its 7-series models.
