Bush Raises Ire With EPA Budget

Law360, New York (February 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a move that is sure to raise the ire of lawmakers and environmental groups, the Bush administration has slashed the Environmental Protection Agency's budget by $400 million, earmarking $7.14 billion for the agency in 2009.
