Organix Shampoo Maker Settles False Labeling Suit For $7M

Law360, New York (August 23, 2013, 5:28 PM ET) -- The maker of Organix hair and skin care products will spend $6.5 million to settle a class action accusing it of falsely labeling its products and misleading consumers into believing the products are organic, according to an agreement filed in California federal court Thursday.
