Law360, New York (April 18, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Nearly 50 insurance companies, including Aetna Inc., UnitedHealth Group Inc. and several state Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliates, have sued the crafters of the $4.85 billion Vioxx settlement, claiming they are being blocked from receiving their share.
