Foam Makers To Pay $30M Over R.I. Nightclub Fire

Law360, New York (May 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Several foam manufacturers have agreed to pay $30 million to settle lawsuits filed by the families of the 100 people killed in a nightclub fire in Rhode Island, pushing the total value of the settlements from the blaze to more than $100 million.
