Law360, New York (June 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bipartisan efforts are well under way in the U.S. Congress to make sweeping changes to the laws enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (the "CPSC"), the federal agency that regulates the safety of consumer products.
