Law360, New York (August 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Undergarment mecca Victoria's Secret Stores LLC is facing an itchy situation: the company has been hit with a putative class action over its bras, which some wearers claim can cause serious skin injuries and even respiratory problems.
Lead plaintiff Sheryl Mackey filed a first amended complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, alleging that Limited Brands Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Victoria's Secret negligently designed, manufactured and sold undergarments that caused allergic reactions and a host of other health problems....
