Estates, Survivors Sue Over Thai Plane Crash

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A trio of lawsuits has been filed by some of the survivors and the estates of the 90 people who were killed in a Thailand airplane crash last year, accusing the airline, the plane's manufacturers and those involved with the aircraft's sale of negligence.
