GSK Loses Bid To Toss Claims Over Paxil Suicide

Law360, New York (October 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge dealt a blow to GlaxoSmithKline PLC on Tuesday when it refused to dismiss the bulk of the claims in a lawsuit alleging the pharmaceutical giant is liable for the death of a 16-year-old who committed suicide after taking the antidepressant Paxil.
